Why "Pigmalion Studios"?

In Greek mythology, Pigmalion was a king, priest and sculptor. He searched for a long time the woman to marry, but there was a condition: she must be the perfect woman. Due to the difficulty of the search, he decided to pursue the creation of beautiful sculptures. One of them, Galatea, was so beautiful that Pigmalion fell in love with her. His love for Galatea was so deep that he even dream of her coming to life.

When he awoke from one of his dreams, Pigmalion met Aphrodite, who, moved by the wish of the king, said, "you deserve happiness, a happiness that yourself have captured. Here's the Queen that you've been looking for. Love her and defend her of evil." And that's how Galatea became human.
